Biking for a cause

Josée was in Vancouver for a couple days this week on an orientation training camp for a pending school event. For the last two years, the Francophone School District organizes a cycling trip from Whistler to the Fraser Valley, ending in Vancouver at one of the homeless shelters. The ride is 500km and will take eight days. Most of the participants are school-aged children from grade 9-12. The principal goal of the ride is to raise money for La Boussole, a shelter in Vancouver. To visit this site (en Français), please click here.  Josée’s blog on the ride can be found here.
